Design leader architecting AI-native UX frameworks and the teams that bring them to life.
12+ years building design orgs from scratch, twice as a founding designer. Now focused on AI-native design for regulated, enterprise environments.
Three ways I've built design at scale
Each of these started with a blank page. Here's what I built.
Designing for Variable Trust
A framework for deciding who leads a task and how much of the interface AI is allowed to compose, built for regulated, high-consequence AI products: two spectrums, applied one flow at a time.
Contracts Intelligence
Redesigned how Oracle Health's payer contract teams work, with an AI-first review flow, a risk-tiered autonomy model, and negotiation modeling built for a regulated environment.
Charge Master
Running two opposite ends of the autonomy spectrum inside one product: aggregate supervision for a scheduled regulatory batch, and AI-assisted judgment for the margin threats no batch catches.
AI-native by default
Agentic workflows and autonomy models built into product thinking from day one, not bolted on after.
Regulated, not risk-averse
Healthcare and financial services taught me to design for trust without slowing teams down.
Teams, not just screens
Twice a founding designer. I hire, build process, and scale culture as deliberately as I design interfaces.
About
I lead design the way I approach a hard problem: start with the constraints, not the canvas. 12+ years across healthcare, cloud infrastructure, and retail technology have taught me how to design inside real limits, regulatory, technical, organizational, without losing sight of the person using the product.
Lately that means embedding AI into how teams work, not just what they ship. I run alignment workshops with product and engineering to turn a single design decision into a framework the whole org can use, and I care as much about how a team decides as what it decides.
